CrossFit AMROCK Testimonial - Belle
Belle came to CrossFit AMROCK about a year ago. She dove into the community at AMROCK and started to learn about fitness, yet something was missing. She learned quickly that if she was going to stay committed to this new lifestyle, she also needed to work on her nutrition. By working with AMROCK Nourish, she started to see actual changes. She has lost over 70 lbs and is still counting, reversed her pre-diabetic diagnosis, improved several health markers, and feels encouraged and empowered to keep going. New Year New Gear: Edelkrone JibONE, HeadONE, and Tilt Kit setup with Canon 5D Mark IV Close up.
New year, new gear! Well, maybe not new year yet, but we are working on new things for next year and it’s going to require some upgrades. It also helps to borrow the missing pieces like a pretty amazing Canon 5D Mark IV. So yes Perspective Media & Marketing just picked up the following from Edelkrone: a JibONE, HeadONE, and Tilt Kit which are going to be great for product shots, interviews, and anything that requires a steady hand. Well, now no hands necessary. I’m going to be using this shot for a side project, but you can see just how smooth and dynamic this is.

Spent the evening sharpening skills and breaking in new gear. I have been very impressed overall with the Edelkrone products minus a few design tweaks. The nightlapse was especially surprising. Still lots to learn though!

SOUND ON! We had the pleasure of hanging with some friends on the lake wakesurfing for a couple of days and it provided a great opportunity to really test the Mavic 2 Pro out. ALL images in this video are shot on the drone, which just goes to show how versatile this machine is. Sit back and enjoy.
